It is not something material or something that lasts only a short time, but Jesus’ sacrifice. Thanks to that gift, we have the opportunity to live forever and enjoy a life without pain, without sickness, and without death. That makes this gift far more valuable than anything else.

Comment 2:
I like how the video presents the ransom as a gift made with so much love. When someone gives us a special gift, we understand that they do it because they care about us. In this case, Jehovah gave us his Son, and Jesus was willing to give his life because both of them love us deeply. That helps us see that the ransom is not just a Bible teaching, but a very clear proof of their love for us.

Comment 3:
Another beautiful idea in the video is that this gift cost a lot to give. It was not easy for Jehovah to give up his Son, nor was it easy for Jesus to suffer and die for us. Thinking about that makes us value the ransom even more. It was not a small or symbolic gift; it was an enormous sacrifice, made so that we could have a real and sure hope for the future.

Comment 4:
The video also shows that this gift benefits us not only now, but also when we think about the people we have lost. When the little girl asks about her grandmother, you can see that for her this gift becomes very personal. Thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice, we not only have hope for ourselves, but also the assurance that we will be able to see our loved ones who have died again.

Comment 5:
The part where they talk about the widow of Nain really helps us understand the value of this gift. Jesus was moved when he saw that mother’s suffering, and he resurrected her son. The video uses that example to teach that Jesus truly wants to remove the pain caused by death. So the gift includes not only the forgiveness of sins, but also the hope of the resurrection.

Comment 6:
I liked that the video explained that Jehovah resurrected Jesus, and that later Jesus will resurrect many people. That greatly broadens our view of the gift. It is not only that Jesus died for us, but that his sacrifice makes it possible to give life back to the dead. That shows that the gift from Jehovah and Jesus has enormous effects both now and in the future.

Comment 7:
Something the video highlights very well is that this gift comes from love, not obligation. Jehovah did not have to do something so great for us, and Jesus was not forced to give his life either. But both of them did it because they want what is best for us. That makes the ransom look even more beautiful: it is a gift given with sincere love and with the desire that we live happily forever.

Comment 8:
For the little girl in the video, all of this stops being an abstract idea when she thinks about seeing her grandmother again. And that teaches us something important: the ransom is not just a truth we memorize, but something that touches the heart. It gives us comfort, hope, and reasons to keep going. That is why the gift from Jehovah and Jesus is so valuable and so personal for each one of us.

Comment 9:
Another thing I liked is that the video makes it clear that, thanks to Jesus’ death, death will not have the final word. It is true that today we still suffer its effects, but that gift opened the door to a completely different future. That means that Jesus’ sacrifice gives us not only hope, but also the assurance that Jehovah already has the definitive solution to the problem of death ready.

Comment 10:
I would say that the video sums up this gift in a very tender and easy-to-understand way: Jehovah gave his Son, Jesus gave his life for us, and because of that we have a wonderful hope. We can look forward to everlasting life, the resurrection, and the possibility of embracing those we have lost again. It truly is the best gift Jehovah has given us.

How can we thank them for their sacrifice?

Comment 1:
The video clearly says that one way to thank Jehovah and Jesus is by attending the Memorial. I really like that because it shows that this meeting is not just another date on the calendar, but a very special occasion to show gratitude. When we make the effort to attend, we are showing by our actions that we truly value what Jehovah and Jesus did for us.

Comment 2:
It caught my attention that the little girl was happy to know that the Memorial was getting close. That teaches us that thanking Jesus for his sacrifice is not viewing it as an obligation, but as a very precious occasion. If we really understand the ransom, we will want to be present, listen carefully, and make good use of that day, because we know how much it means for our life and our hope.

Comment 3:
Another way to thank them is by continuing to think about Jesus’ sacrifice, not only on the day of the Memorial, but also before and after it. In the video, we are encouraged to ask ourselves what it means to us. That is very important, because when we meditate on the ransom, our gratitude stops being something general and becomes something much deeper, more personal, and more sincere.

Comment 4:
The brother in the video asks: “What does it mean to me?” I think that idea is very beautiful because it teaches us that being thankful is not just repeating that the ransom is important, but reflecting on how it benefits us personally. When we think that thanks to Jesus’ sacrifice we can live forever and see our loved ones again, our heart fills with real gratitude.

Comment 5:
The video also shows that we can thank them by talking with others about that gift. The sister explains to the little girl what Jehovah and Jesus did, and that helps the little girl value the ransom even more. That teaches us that one way to show gratitude is by sharing this hope with other people, especially those we love, so that they too can come to know this very special gift.

Comment 6:
Another way to thank them is by inviting others to the Memorial. In the video, the invitation plays an important role because it helps the little girl and her mother think about attending. That teaches us that when we invite relatives, acquaintances, or people in our territory, we are showing that we highly value this occasion and want others to benefit from it too.

Comment 7:
I think it is very touching that the little girl wanted her mother to attend the Memorial too. That shows that when someone truly appreciates the ransom, he or she does not keep that joy only to himself or herself. Instead, that person thinks about others. So one way to thank Jesus for his sacrifice is to sincerely want our family and other people to learn about that gift and draw close to Jehovah as well.

Comment 8:
The video also suggests that we can show our gratitude by continuing to study the Bible and learn more about Jehovah and Jesus. The more we understand what the ransom cost and everything it will make possible, the more our gratitude grows. So studying, listening, meditating, and continuing to draw close to Jehovah is also a very beautiful way to show that we do not take that gift for granted.

Comment 9:
When the little girl tells her mother that she likes that she studies the Bible, it is clear that she deeply values everything that is bringing her closer to Jehovah. That teaches me that gratitude for the sacrifice is not limited to one specific meeting, but also includes supporting everything that strengthens our friendship with Jehovah. If we truly appreciate the ransom, we will want to keep making spiritual progress.Comment 10:
I would sum up the video by saying that there are several very clear ways to thank Jehovah and Jesus: attending the Memorial, meditating on Jesus’ sacrifice, talking with others about that hope, and continuing to draw close to Jehovah. When we do all of that, we show that this gift is not something small to us, but something we value from the heart.

With the theme: What gift did Jehovah and Jesus give us?
